Corporate Skilling

Been there in the industry for over a decade, we specialize in understanding the need and put together tailor made programs for our clients to enable them in all walks of what they learn and implement. Skilling includes minimal theory and focuses most of the tempo on the implementation thereby ensuring a lot of value add along with the program.
We extend our skilling to all areas in the IT with highly qualified trainers and also offer the best resources and infrastructure. We believe in offering comprehensive services that make the entire learning experience extremely fulfilling and enriching.

Up Skilling

We focus on laterals who have work experience but are new to a certain technology. Our efforts would be predominantly geared towards gently training the participant to achieve an inner depth knowledge on the technology he/she is being trained on. The skilling program would end with a case study that in turn makes the participant very comfortable and confident in solving niche problems.

Re Skilling

The program focuses on resources who are already skilled in a technology and need some gap filling or tweaking in the same to improve on delivery, quality, and efficiency. Re-skilling essentially comprises of advanced training and gap filling.

Novice Skilling

This program focuses on getting the new entrants to become competent and hit the ground day one at work. These participants are exposed to complete technology stack with precise exercises and case studies on their day to day activities which can be faced at work. Additionally, the program aims to improve overall ability for quicker TAT in delivery.
